Hello everyone, please allow me to introduce myself and my aspirations. I am 36 years old and I have worked in kitchens for over seventeen years now. I have worked for a variety of fast food companies to fine dining scratch kitchens. I have extensive knowledge in the culinary world.
I use to study psychology as a pastime. (I know true nerd right?) I noticed how medical professionals prescribe drugs to mediate certain symptoms of some of the mental illnesses we suffer from. I have also learned that foods can operate the same way. What do we do when we are sad, stressed, depressed, happy, celebrate....etc?
WE EAT!!!!, and we eat, and we eat until We fulfill our heart's desires at the moment. (I am not saying binge eating is healthy. I just thought I should tell you.) A lot of times we turn to food for comfort, and in that moment food can work as our medicine. I love food, it's benefit, and the language.

Allowing yourself to surrender to God's will and authority is crucial towards your faith. I know a lot in the physical will not make sense at all, but I promise you God knows exactly what he's doing. We just need to trust and have patience in the process.Humbling yourself before the throne if God is a challenge but name one thing in life that's not, except you're guaranteed to come out victorious with God.
